Week 4

Week 4 consisted of me moving in with my host family for the summer and learning my way around cape cod while also competing in the best ameture league in the summer. We have had a rough start to our season starting 0-4. Its a different style of living up here, while having the basic nessesities for being comfortable, i am having to walk on the deck and steal the neighbors wifi connection. Inshould of asked before i signed up with this house if they had wifi since i am taking an online class (blonde moment). Also new things in week four is that our head coach at APP took the duke university job so as of right now we are coachless!!!

Week 3

This week in CS class I learned how to mess around in access and figure out how to do some cool stuff. Also the online data base of videos in which are free online and i can learn from whenever is awesome. I am currently on my way to Cape Cod for the summer to play baseball and have a lay over in my flight. I am hoping to have a great summer up here and also learn some cool things with the free data bases.

CS 1410 week two

The first two weeks of class have been pretty fun, I wasn't expecting to be able to do so many things for free and quickly. Just goes with out saying that everything on the web is becoming connected and easier to acess. The Captcha video was what i was most interested in so far so I did a little more research and found some other things on captcha. In looking more into the Captcha tech I found that it can also be used for blind people, but some hackers cracked that program called ReCaptcha which is run by google, the virus had 95% accuracy on beating the verbal Captcha. I also think the Atomic learning videos can be very helpful for anyone lacking basic technology skills in applications such as office.

Week one of post season

Well the first week of the post season didn't end up like we wanted it. As the regular season conference champions we expected to win the SoCon turny, but fell short to samford and furman both teams that we had beat in a best outta 3 series in the regular season. Due to this we have been tanning and turning our efforts towards beach volleyball to get the losing taste outta of our mouth.
